Application Outcomes

SAC will assess your application, which includes the points score system. You may be offered a space for the 2023 academic year based on the following: whether you meet the academic admission requirements for your qualification of choice, your minimum academic points score (APS) and the number of spaces available for the qualification for which you have applied.

Please note:

Applicants who do not qualify for admission will get feedback as soon as their applications are processed.
Based on SAC’s application and selection process outlined above, applicants may not automatically be accepted to study through SAC in 2023. Spaces for some qualifications are limited and offers will only be made once all the applications received have been processed. In such cases, your application will be processed and you will be informed that your application for your qualification of choice is subject to enrolment management.

Applicants who qualify for admission will only receive final feedback as to whether or not SAC will offer them a space for the 2023 academic year once all applications received by the closing date have been processed

I've received an offer. What Should I do?

Step 1

First-time applicants to SAC must complete the whole online application. The aim is to orientate and prepare first-time entering students so that they can successfully undertake their studies at SAC partner further education & training institutions. Please note: You will not be able to accept SAC’s offer (step 2 below) if you have not completed SAC’s online application.

Step 2

After completing the online application, you must accept or decline SAC’s offer for the 2023 academic year within the prescribed timeframe (10 days, unless otherwise indicated in the offer e-mail). SAC reserves the right to withdraw an offer if you don’t accept within the time period indicated in the offer e-mail.

Step 3

Register for the 2023 academic year. Registration for the 2023 academic year will open in January 2023. You must register for the period for which you have been granted admission. Should you not register for the 2023 academic year, you will need to re-apply for admission during the next application period.

My application was unsuccessful. What can I do?
